A Morning Treat

Some mornings, you're probably not feelin' breakfast. However, smoothies are great. But, Chef Babette Davis has a great drink she has every morning----We'll just try it together



I love watching the Tameron Hall Show!


This morning Tameron presented an age-defying segment, with Chef Babette Davis as one of her guests.


Chef Babette is a 72-year-old celebrity chef, restauranteur, and author, who is also a vegan and an avid fitness advocate.


I had planned to blog about something "green" today (avocados), but instead, Chef B's Juice hijacked my attention.


The beverage is actually called "Chef B's Juice."


The recipe is as follows:


  • 2 Bunches of Cilantro

  • 6 Green Apples

  • 2 Roots of Ginger

  • 2 Lemons (2 Limes or okay, if you prefer)

POUR and SERVE
